Scratch coat of Tarmacadam is laid

5th June. Another hot day and there was a delivery of tarmacadam at the Park. The workers managed to lay the scatch coat of tarmac around both sets of swings as well as the nest swing. The new pathway by the park entrance was also laid. The final surface on top of the tarmac around the play equipment is to be ‘wetpour’ (a rubbery safety surface)
