Volunteer Helpers Needed for our ‘Sparks In The Park Event’ on 3rd Nov

Helpers Needed

Helpers Wanted!  Can you spare an Hour or Two?

This Year we need as Many Helpers as Possible, especially from 4.30pm till the fireworks finish. The main tasks involve stewarding, by keeping people away from the area by mumfords lane and making sure no cars are parked in school lane prior to the display taking place, pretty much the same as what we do every year.We also need people to collect bucket donations just before and after the display. Multi Tasking comes to mind!  We will be doing the mulled wine as usual and we also have music provided by Brian. Local Celebrity Beverly Macca is our VIP Plunger guest this year,so we may need a couple of you to do security  🙂  Unfortunately due to me having an accident on my route 66 tour in America on a Harley, I will be shuffling around on a Zimmer!  but I might just be fit enough to assist on the Mulled Wine stall!!  The Funfair and Side Stalls will be in operation from 12 noon and the whole event will be over before 8pm.  Please Contact us via www.friendsofmeolspark.co.uk  to Offer your support  to help out for what has become a major local community event in Meols. We will provide stewards jackets on arrival.
Many Thanks, Roy (Secretary – Friends of Meols Park)
